Refine Your Pitch

Making presentations on a regular basis has changed my personality.  Just a few months ago, I was one of these people Seinfeld was talking about:

“According to most studies, people’s number one fear is public speaking. Number two is death. Death is number two. This means to the average person, if you go to a funeral, you’re better off in the casket than doing the eulogy.”

- Jerry Seinfeld

But honestly, after I’ve conquered that fear,  I have become more confident and outgoing.  Here is a cool article about how to become a good presenter and its implications.

Putting Your Life/Career On Hold

What would you do if you got drafted?  There are whispers about bringing back the military draft again.  I remember a few years back when the war first started all my family friends’ parents got together to talk about a strategy to let their precious kids evade the draft.  The solution is pretty simple since they are all immigrants - renounce citizenship and return to the motherland.  What would you do if you got drafted?
