Hello Tseng,
I am Malik Wahab, personal attorney to Mr. Michael Tseng, an expatriate who was resident here in Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia. On the 2nd of January, 2005 I received a call that my client died in the Tsunami Disaster with his wife and child while on vacation at Phuket Island in Thailand.

Since then I have made several inquiries to locate any of my client’s extended relatives but it has proved unsuccessful. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the funds left behind by my client before it gets confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this deposit is lodged. Particularly, the bank where the deceased had an account valued at US$2,700, 000.00 (Two Million, Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars). The bank has issued me a notice to provide the next-of-kin or have the account confiscated. Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the biological relatives of my late client, I hereby seek your consent to present you to the bank as his next-of-kin since you are a foreigner and bear the same last name, so that the balance on his account can be transferred to you as inheritance and thereafter, you and me can share the money; 45% to me, 40% to you, and 15% will be donated to the Tsunami Disaster Charity Fund.

I guarantee you that this transaction will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from many breach of the law.  If this business proposition offends your moral values,do accept my apology. I must use this opportunity to implore you to exercise the utmost indulgence to keep this matter extraordinary confidential, whatever your decision, while I await your prompt response.

Please contact me at once to indicate your interest. I will like you to acknowledge the receipt of this e-mail as soon as possible via email this transaction will be treated private with absolute confidentiality and sincerity. All I require is your consent, honest co-operation and assistance to enable us see the deal through.

Please contact me via my alternative email address: kumarmalik07@yahoo.com  to enable us discuss further.

Thank you.
Barr. Malik Wahab

Career Social Anxiety

Posted on November 7th, 2007 in Career Development by Warren

One of the first goals that I set for myself when I began blogging more than half a year ago was to become adept at schmoozing and building a network in the community. For the past 6 months, I have averaged about 2 networking events and 2 informational interviews/meetings/phone calls per month. I forced myself into uncomfortable situations until I became comfortable in them. I asked for their time and shared my interests with them. I convinced myself that the worst they could do is say no.. Not all of the events yielded solid contacts. Not all of the interviews and phone calls went well. But each experience (good or bad) left a lasting impression on me. I used to be a nervous wreck before interviews and networking events but not so much anymore. The experience of selling yourself to CEOs and former CEOs on a weekly basis really makes going through HR or lower level management not quite as daunting anymore. It has really been a growing process for me. Anyone who has this type of social anxiety or Career Social Anxiety as I’d like to call it should try this approach.

A good blog about the bond market.

Do not underestimate the power of structure.

Refer to the links on the side for good tutorials on how CDS/CDO/CMO work….
