5-10 Minutes - interviewer described the position and how the interview process will work.

5-10 Mins - I talk about whats going on at in my life - work experiences, school etc.

20-30 Mins - Behavioral questions - What you had to do, how you did it,what were the results?

a. Talk about a time when a friend or colleague did something unethical, what’d you do?

b. Talk about a time when someone you were working with was unmotivated, what did you do?

c. Talk about a time when you achieved something that everyone thought you wouldn’t be able to achieve.

d. Talk about a time when you had to be creative in developing a business plan or strategy.

e. Talk about a time when you had to turn something around.

f. What do you like and dislike about sales?
